Dose of 500 mg is very high, why do it? Very high doses of niacin, it has been shown to have adverse effects on the liver, these effects are reversible after cessation of supplementation.
Normally, a negative reaction to a temporary Niacin color you turn red and maybe some itching, which is similar to her daughter.
Be 500mg per day dose therapy for certain conditions, but under professional supervision. If you have a medical condition that supplementation have demanded B3, you should be treated by a doctor at all.
If they do not see a doctor, tell him to reduce the dose. 100 to 200 mg per day in order to be in May. If not, your body will tell you quickly, as I discovered.

The severe lack of niacin deficiency causes pellagra disease in which a mild deficiency slows down the metabolism decreasing cold tolerance. Very high doses of niacin can cause niacin maculopathy, a thickening of the macula and the retina, which leads to visual impairment and blindness. [3] The recommended daily intake of niacin is 2-12 mg per day for children, 14 mg per day for women, 16 mg per day for men and 18 mg per day in the diet of pregnant and breastfeeding. [4] More than 20 mg per day can be hot flushes lasting 15-30 minutes to produce life.
The liver can synthesize niacin from tryptophan, an essential amino acid (see below), but the synthesis is extremely slow, 60 mg of tryptophan are required to make one milligram of niacin. [Edit] Malnutrition of niacin usually occur only in areas where people eat corn, the only grain low niacin, as a staple and do not use lime on maize () flour and meal production. Cal alkali free tryptophan wheat, so it will be included in the intestine and converted to niacin. [5]

[Edit] Biosynthis
The 5-membered heterocyclic aromatic essential amino acid tryptophan is broken and changed with the alpha amino group of tryptophan in the 6-membered heterocyclic aromatic niacin by the following reaction:

Biosynthesis: Tryptophan → → kynurenine Niacin

Niacin plays an important role in the production of different sex and stress hormones, primarily by the adrenal gland. It also plays a role in removing toxic chemicals and harmful to the body. [5] There is evidence that doses of 500-1000 mg can be a bad trip on LSD, a synthetic indole, or at the endImprove the experience of MDMA. [Edit]

Niacin, when taken in high doses, increases the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) or "good" cholesterol in the blood and can be prescribed for patients with low HDL and high risk of heart attack. [6] Niacin (but not niacinamide) is also used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia because of very low density lipoprotein (LDL), a precursor of low density lipoprotein (LDL) or "bad" cholesterol, reduced hepatic secretion and inhibits cholesterol synthesis. [7]

Niacin itself is not toxic, but to convert niacin chemicals are toxic to the skin and liver in overdose, and high doses of niacin can be achieved with a gradual increase. Studies in animals have changes in behavior, when high doses of niacin [8] shown.

Anyone who has a lot to get a reaction, and niacin. It is an allergy sleep only after taking a sleeping pill is an allergy.

I do not know why it took, but not break niacinamide (spell check), even at high doses.
